eCommerce redesign & rebranding
VK rebranded and redesigned the international eCommerce experience for Clarins cosmetic paris. The goal was to create a user centric experience, that would answer all cosmetic needs, give guidance and regiment suggestions to the cosmetic consumer in there journey through the vast offering of Clarins products. Since the core of the traditional core DNA of the Clarins brand is rooted in a holistic spa experience, providing specially trained cosmetic experts, the challenge was, to transfer this experience into the digital space across different international cultures. The solution was a guided integrated "how to apply" videos and comprehensive "my personal beauty regiment" guides along with a streamlined shopping and ordering experience.
